CHARLOTTE, NC, UNITED STATES, September 15, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Nature Provides: Exploring the Science of Embryonic Plant Stem Cells, the second installment in Jennifer O’Brien Payeur’s documentary series, has been selected to screen at CineHealth, the first and largest international film festival focused exclusively on health and wellness storytelling. The festival takes place in Philadelphia as part of Fierce Pharma Week, with a red carpet awards event scheduled for tonight, September 15, 2026, at the National Constitution Center.

The selection places Episode 2 alongside work from filmmakers, clinicians, and patient advocates from around the world, all competing for recognition in a festival built specifically around the intersection of storytelling and health.

The film examines the clinical and biochemical foundations of Gemmotherapy, the century-old European practice of using concentrated embryonic plant stem cells for healing, and features Dr. Joseph Cannillo, founder of Forza Vitale Laboratory and one of the field’s leading researchers, alongside physicians from around the world who use the therapy in their own practices. Cameras follow the harvest and extraction process at the source in Italy, tracing how a raw plant bud becomes a clinical remedy.

Episode 2 has gone on to win five honors at the Dreamz Catcher International Film Festival, including Best Documentary Film, Best Nature/Environment/Wildlife Project, and Best Wellness/Fitness Video.
